Date: Saturday May 28th 2011 On Site Registration Opens: 09:00 AM to 11:00 AM Conference Starts: 1:00 PM Conference Ends: 9:30 PM Venue: BEXCO. More information about this world class venue can be found at this link. http://www.bexco.co.kr/ Registration Cost: 55,000 KRW By May 27th 11:59 PM On The Day or On Site Registration Cost: 60,000 KRW Two 45 seater buses will be chartered on the day of the conference (Saturday May 28th) to transport people from Seoul to Busan and back again. More details will be provided as soon as they are confirmed. It will approximately cost 30,000 KRW to 35,000 KRW per person for a roundtrip. This price is additional to the conference registration costs. Also another bus will be chartered from Daejeon. It is STRONGLY RECOMMENDED that if you intend to stay overnight in Busan then you must make a reservation NOW. May is peak season for hotel bookings and they are filling up fast.
