New ~Affordable~ International School

I'm looking to start a foreign school/study program for K-12 students who are discouraged from attending international schools because of the high cost. Whereas most of the international schools have an average tuition of $25,000 payable all at once, this program would charge around $1,000 per month, payable monthly.
I'm looking to start in January.

School would be based on American-Canadian models, with an advanced but fun curriculum. High school curriculum would be AP/IB based.

Keep track of student grades, automatically curve, play games, etc.

Hi teachers,

Just thought I'd share a project of mine. If you want an easy way to track student grades, you might want to try this.

All you do is enter a calendar date, student names, ID numbers, assignment points, team points (optional), attendance and exam scores.

You get weighted average points that fit on a curve which you can adjust. And you get letter grades.

There are other options for print as well. Just check the margins first. It is also recommended that you don't copy over an existing file.

Wondering about North Korea thoughts

I was wondering if some people are thinking of leaving Korea due to the echos of war being heard . Recently people seem more friendly to me . The exchange rate has also gotten worse . Koreans seem not to be too worried about this matter . However some of my friends and family have asked me about the situation . I tell them  people seem to be going about their business as usual .

New CBC (FB! ) background check law ?

I went to the Police Station in Jungang Dong near the immigration office . The police station told me they no longer can do fingerprints that are needed to send the FBI . Has anyone else run into this problem ? The first step is to get the fingerprints . Do police stations in Korea still do fingerprints ? I was told to contact the USA Embassy in Seoul . I will do this but it takes a few days for the information to be sent me . Thanks for any info .

F-6 and CBC question

Hello everyone.  It looks like the policies have changed recently regarding F-2 (now F-6) visa holders.  I am marrying a Korean woman later this year, so I will have an F-6.  I see that an F-6 does not require a CBC.  Do I still need a CBC to teach?  The reason why I ask is because I have an arrest on my FBI CBC.  A recruiter from talknlearn told me this was going to be a problem and that "no way" could I get a teaching job (yes, even with an F-6).  Any other job, "ok".  Is he badly mistaken?  Or is this the way things are now?
