This Thursday night HQ KSU is highlighting its veggie fare - Tom is making a special vegan and vegetarian menu for folks to chow down on.

Thursdays are also trivia nights, so there may even have a few vegan themed questions! 
 


**Menu Update from Tom**

1. Hummus with fresh veggies: (vegan) plate of hand whipped hummus served with fresh veggies. It’s a bit thicker than you’re used to and has a bit more garlic than most. 7,000

2. Oven baked pasta shells: (vegetarian) These shells are baked and mixed with olive oil sauteed mushrooms, eggplant, garlic and broccoli. Then covered in ricotta cheese, fresh basil and a homemade light tomato sauce. 10,000

3. Split pea and lentil soup: (vegan) My grandmother made this all the time. 7,000 (MUTT’S FAVORITE!!!)

4. Mixed veggie and lentil curry: (vegan) Served with rice. This dish does not overpower you with curry. Not spicy but will warm you up. 10,000

5. Bean burritos: (vegetarian) 2 bean burritos, served with cheddar cheese, fresh pico, cilantro, jalapenos, sour cream and salsa. 9,000

6. HQ garden salad: (vegan/veggie) I’m throwing all my veggies in a bowl (with cheese if you wish) adding some pumpkin seeds, peperonchinis and green olives. Served with a homemade olive oil and balsamic vinegar dressing.

It is my goal to show bar and restaurant owners that there is a demand for veggie/healthy food in Busan. If we show support (with our money) we can make this thing happen
