A Memory, a Monologue, a Rant, and a Prayer (MMRP) is a complimentary piece to The Vagina Monologues, but includes pieces for both men and women. The show date is tentatively February 28th . The plan is to present these as a series of readings, so rehearsals will be kept to a minimum. Clearly we don't have a lot of time to put this together, so we'll need a lot of help and commitment from all of you to make this a success!

We ask that you take the time to familiarize yourself with the script(*Attached below) before auditions and find two or three monologues that you would be comfortable doing. There are also a few short plays in the script, so if you have a group of friends who would like to contribute one of those to the show, we'd love to have you! We are looking for people of all colors, diverse backgrounds, gender identities, sexual orientations, to come out and audition on January 25th. We're looking for people who believe that "Art has the power to transform thinking and inspire people to act" to stop violence against women, and not necessarily seasoned performers. Come out and audition, and you will be given a voice. If you'd like to give your time and help behind the scenes, please msg me.
