HQ and the HaHa Hole present: Ha-pocalypse Now! A search for Busan's next Top Comic. Join us as we journey 20 clicks up the river into the heart of comedy darkness in a quest to find new comedy blood. Valuable prizes for those who can make us laugh with extreme prejudice. NEVER GET OFF THE BOAT...UNLESS YOU'RE WILLING TO GO ALL THE WAY UP TO THE MICROPHONE!!

We are looking for 10-12 people who would like to give the rewarding world of stand-up comedy a try; only people who have been on the Ha Ha Hole mic 3times or less will be allowed to enter, so you will not have to compete with the funny/not-so-funny veterans of Busan's only stand-up comedy open mic. You should have up to 6 minutes of material, and votes for the comics will come from the audience themselves (one drink = one vote). Every comic will receive 10,000 won in credit at the bar, and the prizes for the winners are as follows:

1st Place: One Keg of Red Rock
2nd Place: One Bottle of Absolut Vodka or Jameson
3rd Place: One Bottle of House Rum/Vodka/Gin

And this event will also be for a good cause--there will be a 3000 won cover charge at the door for the event, and 100% of this money will go towards an annual cage sponsorship at the Busan Abandoned Pet Sanctuary. Our goal is to sponsor one 600,000 won cage for the new year, with the money going towards food, medical needs, and general upkeep of the facility for the dogs.
