The Ha Ha Hole at HQ Bar

Date:

Friday, June 21, 2013 - 21:30

Change is in the Busan air this month, folks-- can you smell it?

No... not the pungent collage of over-applied lotions, spilled soju, and discarded chicken bones permeating the shores of Haeundae beach...

No... not the sad stench coming from the puddle of tears as you re-watch The Red Wedding scene from "Game Of Thrones" for the umpteenth time...

Yes, you've got it! It's the glorious stink of dreams fulfilled and sometimes broken on the battlefields of comedy. The Ha Ha Hole has been Busan's ONLY stand-up comedy open mic now for over three years, and it's finally expanding out to HQ Bar in KSU on Friday, June 21st.

This month's show promises to be off-the-charts, with the usual cast of scumbags, and, God willing, some new blood. Yeah, I'm talking to YOU. Ever wanted to take a stab at making a room full of drunk strangers laugh? Well, the HOLE is an OPEN MIC, so here's your chance. Just come on down at 9:30 to sign your name on the list, and you will be given 7 minutes of EVERYONE's time to get up and strut your stuff.

All performers are welcome: Standups, silly songwriters, dirty poets, and the totally bizarre! It's your time to shine! The only catch is you gotta try and make 'em laugh.

Hosted this month by amateur impressionist John Meyerriecks, "The Man of 1000 Faces"...
