There are tennis courts at Pukyong university, next to the dormitories. There are also tennis courts behind Mega Mart / Busan gas building near the Samik New Beach apts. There are also several courts in the Metro City complex in Yong Ho Dong.
How you get to use any of these, I don't know, but at least it's a start knowing where they are!
