Photography of the Soul/Layer by Layer with Ahn Sehong

April 5, 2013 - Noted photographer Ahn Sehong discuss his photography, subjects and approach during a discussion at The Korea Society. The dialogue with Senior Vice President, Dr. Stephen Noerper, is part of an new occasional series on Foreign Policy and the Lens, where noted film makers and photographers discuss the visual image in relation to issues impacting policy in Korea and Northeast Asia. Ahn's exhibition of Layer by Layer, photos of Korean comfort women in China from earlier last decade, is at the Korean Press Center in Palisades Park through mid-April. Special thanks to the Juju Project, which hopes to take Ahn's work to twelve cities worldwide, Columbia University Press' Chang Jae Lee, and the Korean Press Center.
