Minimum grades for athletes at university?

I was just wondering if other universities force English professors to give minimum grades for certain student athletes? We just got a list that tells us what scores these students have to get, regardless of their performance or attendence in the class. Is this normal? Or is my school doing something shady?

Running a cable / changing phone cables to network cables in an Apt.

Hi all,

I own in an apartment in Busan. I want to run a network cable from one another. But I want to do it using the old phone cable tracks. Or replace all of the old phone cables with network cables. Does anyone have experience with this? Any tips? All the walls are concrete, I am not used to them yet.
