has anyone been to Haeshindang, penis park?

I was wondering if anyone has been to the penis park in Haeshindang, (along the east coast). If so how did you get there? Bus, train? Is it easier to go straight from Busan or to go to Seoul first and then Samcheok? Any information about this place is greatly appreciated.

Hey everyone! My name is Stefan and I'm a Canadian that's been offered a public teaching position in Yeosu - the site for the World Expo 2012. I was just wondering if anyone had been there and what you thought of it.

As well, my recruiter asked me a curious question: How will you know what to eat if you've never been to Korea before? (I told him I'd have to test out a few Korean restaurants before I come) but I'm wondering how do you expats know whether you'll like the food that you're ordering? Is it simply a trial and error thing?

DVD Specialist

Does anyone know of a tech store that can unlock a dvd player to be region-free? I can bring a Korean friend with me to help explain, but unfortunately I purchased a model that can't be unlocked with its remote.

Road biking around Busan

I am wondering if anyone knows of any roads around Busan particularly good for cycling. Searching the web, I found only one--a 40km ride from Haeundae that looks decent. Also, does anyone know any road biking clubs or organizations in the area? I've talked to a few bike shops and they all appear focused on mountain biking. Much thanks for your input!

FYI, if you're a cyclist, and looking for a riding partner, please let me know. I should mention though that I ride a tri/TT bike...

Any decent bookstores near Hadan subway station? They don't even have to have a decent English section. Just any fairly large bookstore will do.

Private Lesson inquiry from middle school boy: FAKE?
