Where to get a Japan Rail Pass in Busan

I'm going to visit Japan for Chuseok in September.  I have 2 questions.

1)  Is it worth getting a rail pass if I'm only going from Osaka to Tokyo, Tokyo to Kyoto? (or even just regular round trip?)

2)  Where in Busan can I get a Japan Rail Pass?  Possibly a place that speaks english?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Question for Xbox 360 "experts" in Busan...

Quite a while ago, a friend of mine had taken me to a kind of Xbox "bone yard/repair/modding" shop.  The shop was definitely in either Yangjeon or Yeonsan.  The guys at this shop specialize in repair and modification, and it's also a massive scrap heap of old XBox parts.  You'd go in, they'd have two workbenches set up, and you could get a repair or mod done for cheap.  They told me that they provide service to a LOT of military/naval guys and what not.

Wanted: Vocalist And/Or Musician(s)

Hey Busan,

I just moved to Korea about two weeks ago. I produce music and I'm looking for a singer, English or Korean speaking both OK. Even if you're not the best singer in the world, it's ok, I'm a good enough producer that I can make you sound quite nice!

Also, if you're a musician and looking for a project, another creative voice would be excellent! Any and all instruments welcome.

English books forbidden reading? Browsing? Or...?

I was just at Young Poong books at Sfunz in Haeundae. All of the English books, novels, travel books, etc. are wrapped in plastic with a sign above the shelf saying you must ask an assistant to open them and read PART of them. (emphasis not mine).

I asked the girl why only english books have plastic and none of the Korean books:

First reply: "This section is colder"

I give her a look of disbelief, she changes her story: "Foreign books use different paper and get dirty."

I asked: "So foreigners are dirty?" she was very embarrassed and said "no no."

Please try to respect other nationalities. I posted ad here to find students and not just for anything else. I wanted to help support my family but I will not use it to take advantage of anybody. Not all Filipina are like that. If you knew one who is doing "dirty works", do not include me. I wanted to work fairly and righteously. I have my own principles in life. I'm not a kind of person who will use somebody to get what she wants. I'm just working and trying to find opportunities in this site. Please respect. Thank you.
