Weekend course (includes teachings & meditations) with senior Western Buddhist monk Gen-la Khyenrab on the famous text ‘Advice from Atisha’s Heart’.

This workshop will teach us how to integrate Buddha’s timeless teachings into our busy modern lives and how to find peace and happiness through meditation.

The teachings are very practical and open to everyone.

Gen-la Khyenrab is a senior Western Buddhist monk of the New Kadampa Tradition who has studied and practised under the guidance of the great Buddhist master Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso for over 30 years. Gen-la Khyenrab is well-loved for his pure and powerful example of humility and loving-kindness.
