Burger n' Kimchi find a hidden SHELLFISH & KALGUKSU treasure in Jagalchi Market. It's a pirate's bounty worth of CLAMS & SCALLOPS at Sodam Eolkeun Kalguksu (소담얼큰칼국수)!

This restaurant is a sleeper hit! You probably wouldn't know it from the outside, but the family that runs this place is serving up some great food! We haven't had a tasty shellfish experience like this one in many, many years. We highly recommend this quaint, little shop for some delicious eats in Busan.

There are two main dishes on the menu for you to choose from. You can get either Shellfish & Beef Shabu-Shabu with Kalguksu or the same minus the shellfish if you're not into them. 

Kimchi and I went for the Beef & Shellfish Shabu-Shabu with Kalguksu. It was phenomenal. First, we enjoyed the massive pot of clams & scallops, then we moved onto utilizing the broth for the Kalguksu Noodles & side of veggies. The broth was spicy, savory, and just a bit salty from those wonderful mollusks!

A lunch or dinner for two at this restaurant is the way to go. The price is reasonable considering the mega-pile of shellfish you get with your meal!
