As the cold winter temperatures settle in it sometimes might seem like some people aren’t very bundled up. From those long-legged girls in tights and short shorts of skirts to the guys on scooters buzzing along with no helmets or face or ear protection, it’s hard to imagine how they aren’t freezing cold.
