Learn Korean in 2015 With These 5 Articles

2014 was a great year for Korean learners around the world, and also for the team at 90 Day Korean. Over the past 12 months, we’ve helped over 4000 people to get settled in Korea, read Hangeul, learn to speak to loved ones, make new friends, and understand more of their favorite music and dramas — and we couldn’t be more thrilled with the progress students are making! On top of that, we added a second Module to our Inner Circle Korean lessons and the third is nearly complete. Get ready for more Korean in 2015!

Once you have gotten to a certain point in your studies and you’re interacting with Koreans, it’s fun to have a Korean name to really fit in. This was a commonly requested post for us at 90 Day Korean, so we decided to write a detailed post which breaks down different methods you can use to create your own Korean name. #3 The Art of Typing Korean

One way you can really make strides in your Korean learning is by learning to type. With writing out of the way, typing is simple! Plus, the learning the skill benefits you two-fold: you can type on your computer to write documents, send messages to friends, and write emails but you can also use Kakao talk and other instant messengers on your phone. Smartphones have full keyboards and they’re the same as on a computer. Chatting with Koreans and learning how they actually speak is one of the best ways to improve quickly. Take it from us!
