Summer is in full swing, so Baskin Robbins Korea has decided to come up with a delicious summer flavor for everyone to enjoy, “My Lemon Tree“

 

At first I expected this to be a sherbet, but its a creamy vanilla mix!  The ice cream consists of a really smooth lemon vanilla with a swirl of sweet cherry syrup (I had a bit of cherry chunk in some of my scoop, it is almost like maraschino cherry!)  and these awesome little sweet lemon sugar clusters that crumble easily.

Its really sweet, but works well for the summer I think and I bet as a shake it works really well.  This is more candy sweet like Dino Party, but I find it a lot more enjoyable even though it has rock sugar in it~ I think its just a nice mixture of fun things.

This flavor is a special for this month, which depending on sales means it should be around for a solid month or two if people like it~ So if you are in Korea and you want ice cream in the middle of the hot day while you walk around the park you should give it a try ♥
