Most likely Korean real estate prices will increase, prices are too low at present if you do the economic and geographic calculations.   There can be no bubble to burst because prices are a little low compared to other cities.  I know this is partially subjective but there are lots of stats to support this.  Please buy the means of production instead of complaining about the cheap real estate prices.   In the US, UK, Canada, Australia and South Africa prices are much higher than Busan for similar apartments.  There is a good article about finding an apartment in Busan.
