Hello Korea!  I am currently living in Busan and teaching English at an elementary school, which I really enjoy.  However, my passion has always been health, nutrition, exercise and using food to feel your best!  That is why I am enrolled at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition based in New York City.  I am studying to be a Certified Health Counselor!  I am really excited about this new adventure. 

Having lived in Korea for over a year now I realize that if I had had a health coaching resource when I first got here to support me with things like, culture shock, diet and exercise, homesickness, coping with long-distance relationships or having special dietary needs in a place that doesn't understand them, I would have jumped at it!! It would have saved me a lot of time, money and greif.
