Window to Korean Culture - The 174th Monthly Event

[Making Korean Kites]

We would like to invite you to our monthly event.

We want to help foreigners know about Korean culture.

This month, we are going to make Korean style kites (Bangpae kite or Tail kite) and fly the kites.

It is one of the New Year's events in Korea.

We used to fly the kite wishing our health and good fortune in and bad luck out for the new year.

4. Fee : Free

* Shuttle service is available in front of “Nopodong Central Bus Terminal” beside “Nopodong Subway Station” (Line 1) at 13:00 and 13:30 at an interval of 30 minutes from 8:45 AM to 5:45 PM.
