The Parks’: A very Special Christmas 

WE ARE COLLECTING GIFTS FOR UNDERPRIVILEGED KOREAN CHILDREN TILL DECEMBER 23. ON DECEMBER 23, A HUGE CHRISTMAS PARTY!!!

For the month of December, ending with a GIANT CHRISTMAS BASH on FRIDAY DECEMBER 23rd, “The Park” will once again be collecting gifts that we will be bringing to various orphanages in the Bucheon/Gyeonggi area on Christmas Day.

The HISTORY: 
Starting in Cheong Ju in 2004, we've been collecting gifts for less fortunate Korean children. In 2008, for those who remember “Canada Buddy” in Jungdong, this is where we started this tradition here in Bucheon.


THE PARTY: FRIDAY DECEMBER 23rd
10:30: Highway 9 (a rare acoustic performance)
11:00: Kevin Heintz (from Magna Falls)
11:30: Vadim Scott: He’ll be singing some Christmas favorites in his own way, don't miss this.
12:30 JoshRoy bring some great reggae to Bucheon

THE RAFFLE: 
Jerseys, gift certificates, free passes all up for grabs. More details as sponsors come on board. ALL PROCEEDS WILL GO TO THE ORPHANAGES! If you'd like to sponsor or donate something toward the raffle, please just contact me directly.

THE GIFTS
What’s generally needed?
Toys
Games (board, computer, Uno, one card ect)
Use your imagination!!!!!!!!

If you wrap the gift, please add a note saying what the present is and who it should go to. (i.e. young boy, teenage girl)

We've been to the orphanages to deliver the gifts in the past and children are unbelievably grateful for anything we can give as a community. If you would like to join when we head out on Christmas Day, let us know.

What you can do:
1. Donate a gift or money. (All money reciebed will be split evenly among the orphanages)
2. Buy a raffle ticket(s)
3. Encourage your students, colleagues and their families to do the same.
4. Spread the word.
