Anime Lovers' Paradise Opens on July 21.

Next week Seoul will host really extraordinary event - The 14th Seoul Intl Cartoon & Animation Festival and that means we will be able to see numerous original cartoons and anime, Characters parade on the streets right outside the venue (Ju... ly 22-25), Cooking contest (July 24) and funny quiz (July 22-25).

But the main event within the program will be -

2010 SICAF Animated FIlm Festival@CGV, Apgujeong, Seoul

Opening film: Fuss Farm, Director KIM Woon-Ki, Korea,2010

Synopsis.
Goti and Sumsum, the members of Horn-Lovers, decide to take part in a cycle competition and to fix their bicycles, two get out of their farm for the first time in their life. Confusing Forest, notorious for its labyrinth-like paths, is waiting for them in the way, but helped by Shukshuk the Cat, they safely arrive at the maintenance center. However, on their way back, they eventually loose their way, and this crisis may bring an end to their friendship and their team, Horn-Lovers.

Among those movies on CGV screens, except local Korean-produced anime, will also be the best works representing Japan Media Arts 2009 (Lizard Planet by Tomoyoshi JOKO, ANPAN the Chief of Detectives by Toshikatsu WADA) and Young German Wave (Love & Theft by Andreas HYKADE) and others.
