The October workshop will feature a presentation by Sara Peterson. Making Your Own Luck: Uncovering opportunities in the EFL field will focus on ways to remain engaged and uncover opportunities for personal and professional development, no matter what your long term plans are. 

Following Sara's presentation, we will take a short break then have a swapshop*.  The swapshop will give attendees the chance to discuss interesting things they learned at the International Conference, or anything else  

*A swapshop is a session where anyone in the audience is invited to share with the group and activity that has worked well for them in class, a game, a teaching idea, at tip, a professional development book suggestion, or any other EFL/ELT tidbit.
