Come join us for a day filled with good eats (for those that don't know, Jo is pure bliss in the kitchen) and an introductory workshop to Thai Massage techniques. 

Jo will be preparing a delicious Thai inspired lunch of vegetable green curry and Asian slaw!

There are two programs:
Half Day:

11-12pm: lunch (optional- but your tastebuds will demand it!)
12-2: Workshop A: lower body

Full Day:
Above program + free lunch
2-5:30: Workshop B: upper body

This is an awesome way to recharge for the new month and (fingers crossed!) new season! 

Cost: early bird price ends Wednesday, July 4th
Full: 50,000w (includes lunch)
Half: 35,000w (lunch optional: 12,000w)
