The Global Bridge Program is a government project aimed at fostering talented multi-cultural children and providing stimulating, supplementary classes in various fields, such as languages, math and science, art, and leadership. It was initiated by the Ministry of Education in 2010. 7 Universities have been selected as Global Bridge Program Centers nation wide. Hanyang University (Erica Campus) is currently the designated centre for running the language Program for children (aged 11 – 15) living in the Seoul, Kyunggi-do and Incheon areas.

Korean : Reading, Writing and Discussion

English : Project based learning

Other Activities : Field Trips and Ski Camp (in winter),

 

  1. Schedule

2012. 8 25 – 2013. 4.

Saturday Class : Every 2nd and 4th Saturday (10:00-4:00)

Winter Camp : January 2013, 2night 3 days camp

Online assignments : Every 1st and 3rd Saturdays

Free (All the costs, including participation in camps and other activities are fully covered by the government)

He/She will be given the opportunity improve their Korean and English proficiency levels.

He/She will have a wonderful experience, having the chance to express themselves through various projects and extracurricular activities, such as singing, dancing, cooking, skiing, amongst others.

Qualification :   Elementary school year 4 – 6 / Middle School 1-2

One of the parents is Non-Korean
