<Notice for the Events on Buddha's Birthday>

 

1. Lantern Festival

 * When : May 16 (Sun), 5 PM

 * Where : Main Gate of the Gudeok Stadium(Line 1 #107 Seodaesin Station)

 * For whom : Anybody

 * Fee : Free

 

We would like to invite you to the lantern festival to celebrate Buddha's Birthday.

If you come to the main gate of the Gudeok stadium, you can enjoy various beautiful lanterns.

Lantern Parade will go on from the Gudeok Stadium to Busan Station from 6:30 PM to 8 PM.

Anybody can join the parade. Lanterns will be prepared by the Hongbeopsa Temple.

After the parade the concert show will be held in front of the Busan Station .

 

2. Buddha's Birthday

 * When : May 21 (Fri), All day

 * Where : Hongbeopsa Temple(Line 1  #134 Nopo Station & shuttle service)

 * For whom : Anybody

 * Fee : Free

 Other events will be held in Hongbeopsa on Buddha's Birthday.

Buddhist ceremony begins at 10 AM.

You can have free lunch and dinner in the temple.

 7 PM Home Coming Ceremony of the Little Monks & Celebration Show

8 PM Lantern Parade around the temple

9 PM Fireworks in the temple

 * Shuttle service is available in front of “Nopodong Central Bus Terminal” 
beside “Nopo Subway Station” all day long.
