Tourist Visa Run, does anyone have familiarity with this?

I am here in S. Korea to be with my girlfriend who is teaching english, so I am here on a tourist visa. I would like to stay longer than the three months, and I am willing to do visa runs. Does anyone know if immigration here is open to this action, and what process would be best for my situation?

Thanks...

You are probably more legitimate than those doing it to work here illegally. I would just make sure that you are straight up and honest with them, showing that you have a means to support yourself and a fixed address would probably help.

Also if you could spend a little time in the country you are going to for the visa might lessen the suggestion that you are rushing back for a job here or something.

You can come and go as many times as you want. The only problem you may have is if down the line

you wanted to get a working visa. They may say no under the suspicion of you teaching illegally here.

If this never happens you should have no problems.
