Legit Travel Agency in Busan?

Hello, can anyone recommend a travel agency? I have heard some horror stories....

What do you require them for?

If it's airfares. I've found that using online sites such as Kayak producing way cheaper results than any travel agency has been able to get me.

However in the past I have used Kangsan and the Bexco branch of Hanatour. Both have good English speakers.

there are also    orbitz.com  and expedia.com as well
