The 2011 KEERA Graded Reader Review Competition

The Korean English Extensive Reading Association (KEERA) is proud to announce the 2011 'KEERA Graded Reader Review Competition' in association with Compass Media, Cengage Learning, Macmillan Education, Cambridge University Press, Oxford University Press (Korea) and Pearson Longman (Korea).

Awards will be given in four categories to the students who can write the best review of a graded reader either fiction or non-fiction. An individual Award will be given to the writer of the best review in each category and the main Award (sets of graded readers) going to the winner's school. Hundreds of books will be given away as prizes.

The competition is open to students attending a regular (private or government) Elementary, Junior High or Senior High school in the Korean peninsular. Elementary school students can choose to write their reviews (over 200 words) in either Korean or English. Junior High, and Senior High students must write in English only. Reviews should be sent by September 3rd, 2011. The winners will be announced in the middle of October.

KEERA(한국 영어 다독 협회)가 제 1 회 Graded Reader (단계별 영어 읽기 교재) 독서감상문 대회를 개최합니다.

수상은 네 영역에 걸쳐 가장 우수한 독후감을 쓴 학생에게  주어지며 해당 학생의 소속 학교에는

Graded Readers 도서세트가 부상으로 수여됩니다. 대한민국 초 .중.고등 학생이라면 누구나 참여할 수 있으며 초등부의 경우 영어와 한국어 가운데 택일하여 독후감을 쓸 수 있으나

중.고등부는 영어로만 작성해야 함을 양지해 주시기 바랍니다.

마감일은 2011 년 9 월 3 일이며 10 월 중순 경 수상자가 발표될 예정입니다.
