This is a run i did the other day, for all you runners.

If you get off at Centum city and head towards Shinsegae  department store and walk past, keep going for  about 5 minutes you will come to the end of the park and the start of the bridge that goes over the river.  Go into the park and head down onto the path next to the river and run from there.

I ran from the park last time but when you leave the park I didnt like running through the car park with at the trucks, is it that same way?

That's the one but to be honest, iv'e never had a problem with that, it only takes less than a minute to get past it, or you may consider going over the bridge and run on the opposite side.  All in all nice Sunday morning run with no traffic.
