Does anyone have experience in getting F4 visa for ethnic Koreans, who where born in other countries, but whose grand parents used to be Korean nationals?

Just go to the immigration office and fill out the application. Make sure you bring a picture of yourself, passport, family document (you can get it from you local dong office) and i think a FBI criminal record check. I remember it costing around 200,000 won. I called the office and they were very helpful.
