there is International Medical center in Busan GREEN DOCTORS offering free medical service and health care at no cost for all foreigners, who have no health insurance or unable to pay for such services 

Patients provided with free medications as well, free translators are provided including (chinese, russian, english, indonesianese, vietnamese) 

Available visit time is : every SAT-SUN from 2pm to 4pm (except holidays)
