Yoga and Volunteering for Marine Environment in Tongyeong

I invite you to my free yoga class on weekends in Tongyeong City.

 

I am a researcher working for a non-governmental environmental research institute, OSEAN (www.osean.net). And I have been practicing yoga since 1998.

 

I would like to practice yoga with you, because it's easier when we are together.

I introduce Ham pyung butterfly festival

It opens Junranamdo Ham pyung and period is last april

In festival,

First we look a lot of butterfly (ex. Sulfur butterfly, Silver-studded blue )

Second This festival throw the wrestling contest

Third we can toss the butterfly

Forth we see the Korean traditional percussion quarter(사물놀이)

Five we can learn the important of the environment

It’s time for our final chaptermeeting of the year, and a great chance to catch-up with everyone before the winter hits us and sends us shivering under our electric blankets for a couple of months. 

This year’s December meeting will be held at Gangneung-Wonju National University in Gangeung on Saturday, December 1. The meeting will begin at 2:00pm and run through to 4:30pm.

PSY, a.k.a. performer and reality TV judge Jae-Sang Park, attended a Dodgers-Giants game on Monday night, but the singer of the wildly popular viral hit “Gangnam Style” wasn’t there to perform. An eagle-eyed stadium worker apparently noticed him watching in the stands, and soon the song was blasting throughout Dodger Stadium.
