Busan Hash#10

Date:

Saturday, May 29, 2010 - 19:50
From: http://www.meetup.com/meetups/calendar/13575777/ Howdy everyone, The last hash was an awesome trail through some of the nicest places in Busan. Well...eventually, after the trail went through industrial wasteland. But the next trail will be full of beauty and wonder. The details are as follows: Where: Busan Museum of Modern Art Subway stop (205), Exit 5. When: Saturday, May 29th at 3PM. Cost: 5000 won. This gets you all the good ol' American beer you want (plus some makali and soju for those who aren't fans) and good ol' 'Merican snacks, like Doritos, Oreos, etc. I will be haring this trail, so if anyone wants to cohair with me to learn how to do it, or just feels like running with me, let me know. This will be an A-to-B trail, and I'll bring my car so you can store your stuff. The plan is to have a short trail and then spend as much time as possible on the Beach in Haeundae. We'll party in Sharky's after that.

Saturday, June 12, 2010 - 19:00
From: http://www.facebook.com/event.php?eid=125909294091513 The FIFA World Cup is the biggest sporting event in the world! Koreans love soccer, so it's no surprise that the country has participated in seven World Cups, and even hosted the tournament in 2002. This summer, Korea will once again come together to support the national team for the 2010 World Cup in South Africa. Go Reds! In 2002, South Korea made it all the way to the semifinals, and the whole nation cheered. But even when the event is held far away, as it was in 2006, all of Seoul comes to a standstill for the games. Hundreds of thousands of fans filled the plazas in Seoul to watch live TV broadcasts of the matches.

Date:

Saturday, May 1, 2010 - 15:00
From: http://www.meetup.com/meetups/calendar/13282580/ Howdy Hashers, The last hash had us running/walking through Yeongdo...well, until we got bored, and then just took the bus to where the beer is. This is perfectly acceptable hash behavior. But a good time was had by all. The next hash will feature 2, yes 2, alcohol checks along the trail. There will be great views, good times, and obnoxious songs. Here's the details Where: Dongbaek Station (#204) Exit 1 When: May 1 at 3PM Cost: 5000 won. This pays for alcohol until the money runs out
