Today's video comes to you from a Korean restaurant in Toronto, where some of my many longings for Korea can be satiated.
We both had 야채 순두부찌개 and both order it extra spicy (아주 맵게) which tasted wonderful to both of us. Just enough to wipe your nose with a tissue, but not enough to make it too spicy to enjoy.
I love this restaurant, and I've had 6 or more meals here on and off since 2006. It's a staple for anyone living in Toronto wanting a true Korean experience (although in a "true" Korean experience the waiters wouldn't speak English).
For those interested ~ I ordered our meal in English, and he laughed, then replied in English... then I said "한국어로 좋아요" (I'd like to use Korean) and then we did the rest of the ordering in Korean, simple as that. I miss Korea....... ㅠㅠ
