I have the great opportunity to speak tomorrow night at a Photography forum in Ulsan. At the moment as I am preparing my speech, I am a little overwhelmed. This is one of those events that I was casually asked to do and then when I head to the meeting just days before the event, they drop a bomb like “Oh you will be speaking for an hour because you are the only speaker… how good is your Korean???”

Suffice to say that I will be speaking for 45 minutes on my photography, roof-topping in Ulsan  and HDR to a room full of photographers during which time I am not sure if there will be a translator or not. At any rate, I will be coming prepared with a keynote presentation and whatnot. I will try and jam in as much Korean on to that as I can.

 

The presentation will be at the Ulsan Culture and Arts Centre on Tuesday at 6 pm. It should be an interesting event although I was shocked to see that not much is going on after I speak, or I could have read that wrong. At any rate, if you want to catch me I will be in the seminar room on the 2nd floor.
