Stuff I Did in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Here’s what I did during my short stint in KL. (Other than take the LSAT, haha.)

  1. KUALA LUMPUR BIRD PARK, KL Bird Park, 920, Jalan Cenderawasih, 50480 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
    1. Entrance fee was about 50 ringgits, or $13 USD. The park was really big, and going there was way more fun than I had expected. There’s something majestic about being surrounded by giant, weird birds.  Highlight of the trip was the emus, by far. Oh, and the monkeys were cute.

  1. KLCC
    1. A wonderfully entertaining and enormous shopping mall that I want to move into.
One hell of a shopping mall.

  1. Islamic Arts Museum, Jalan Lembah Perdana, 50480 Kuala Lumpur, 50480, Malaysia
    1. Kind of a low key museum, but had some cool pieces of clothing and jewelry in it. Smaller and quieter than I had expected. Here’s some pics of stuff.

  1. NATIONAL MOSQUE OF MALAYSIA, Jalan Perdana, 50480 Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
    1. Free. They also give you free dates, water, and fruit bread. To enter, you must take off your shoes and cover yourself in the provided clothes and hijab.

Electric massage chairs in the national mosque. A bit surprising for me.

All-in-all, a great trip. Didn’t do too much because my main focus was taking the LSAT, and just relaxing n enjoying the new scenery.
