The spring flowering season in South Korea spans from mid March to late April with a peak in the early April. Boasting over 350,000 cherry blossom trees lining the streets of Jinhae, a city in the southern part of Korea, Jinhae Gunhangje Festival(April 1~10), is by far the most popular and the largest cherry blossom festival in Korea.There are two highlights of the Jinhae Cherry Blossom Festival that you must never miss – a train that moves through a fully bloomed cherry blossom tunnel and the Romance Bridge.
