For this meeting, Mamas & Papas are headed to Seodaemun-gu for some premium makgeolli and ‘slow food’. The makgeolli at this place is fermented for 3 months in jars, and is overseen by the President of Korean Traditional Liquor Research Institute. In other words….they know what they’re doing!
