unbeknownst to, well, anyone, apparently, today was picture day at my school. they dressed the teachers and kids all up in pink polos and white, elastic-waist shorts and posed us in front of a white piece of canvas. it was all pretty standard until the end, when they first made us pose with our classes like this…

i seem to be the only one who thought this was hilarious, and by the end of the photo shoot, i’m pretty sure my face was bright red from a combination of laughing, trying not to laugh, feeling embarrassed, and imagining what the parents were going to think when they saw photos of me mid-stifle alongside their precious progeny.
