From One Jungle to the Next

Jo and I try to get out every weekend. We crave adventure and trying new things. Sometimes, we try to hit up cultural and historical sites, sometimes we look for something a little different. This was one of those weekends.

I happened to notice on Facebook, an adventure outing for Zipline. It looked like a great trip, to Korea's largest and fastest Zipline course.

The rundown of the trip was pretty much like others I had been on in Korea. We would have to wake up at 4am, travel to Seoul, have breakfast, jump on the tour bus at 7:30am, and drive for 2.5 hours. We had one break. What's great about these buses is that they have a DVD player. We watched District 9. This marks the second time I've seen the film (and the second time I've seen it without English subtitles).

We made it to MunGyeong in time to be strapped in and taken up to the course. It takes just over 2 hours to run the 9 ziplines. Since we had 5 groups of 10, it also meant that we would be sitting for a while after we finished. This was nice, since it gave us some time to experience autumn again and sip some relaxing coffee.

Then, before we knew it... it was time to return to Seoul. It was an amazing trip, as you can see in the video below! What did you do this weekend?
