After our short tour at Odusan Observatory, we headed to another spot that shouldn’t be missed in Paju, the Heyri Art Valley (헤이리 문화예술마을).

Architects, coffee lovers, aspiring artists, and inspiration seekers might find this place astonishing. Each shop is uniquely designed that even several abandoned buses compliment with the artistic neighborhood.

The location has tons of cafes, museums, book shops, galleries and craft shops that one may have confusion in choosing. There are few residential properties in the area as well.

By the way, the village is also a common location for filming dramas including the ever famous “Boys Over Flowers” and a recent one entitled “She Was Pretty” starring Choi Siwon of Super Junior.

Last February 19, Danny and I decided to have our late lunch at Farmer’s Table Restaurant, the filming location of Boys Over Flowers’ cafeteria. Our order was good. We didn’t expect the crust would turn out to be super thin and black in color.
