12. – 15. Angel-in-us, Tom N Toms, Ediya, Dunkin’ Donuts (Gimhae)

Here are four of the most visible coffee shop chains you will find in South Korea. All of these locations were photographed in Gimhae.

Angel-in-us. It's pronounced
Angel-in-us. It’s pronounced “Angelina’s.” I’m not sure why. A very visible chain throughout Korea, I once was able to order drip coffee from the location inside Busan Station. Turns out it was cold coffee that had been sitting overnight. Thank you!
Tom N Toms Coffee. Who is Tom? Who is the other Tom? Not sure I can answer either of those questions, but this is another very visible coffee chain throughout the country. This particular location is on the ground of floor of the building where the bar all the foreigner's in Gimhae go to get drunk.

Ediya Coffee. Most of this popular chain's locations are very small, so often they will be found tucked away inside buildings, train stations and the like. This must have been some other business prior as this downtown Gimhae location is one of the biggest I've seen.

Dunkin' Donuts. The extremely familiar American (especially east coast) coffee and doughnut shop is also quite popular in Korea. Unlike the American DD's, the coffee here is actually halfway decent.
