Dwaeji gukbap (돼지국밥) is a hearty pork-parts soup with rice, popular in Busan and coastal Gyeongsang-do region, where Gimhae is located. It is one of many styles of "guk" available in Korea.

점부자돼지극밥 (Jeombuja Pork Soup) is a neighborhood restaurant located minutes from Jungang Hospital and Top Mart in Oedong, Gimhae. It features the standard bowl of steaming broth (which is made by boiling pork bones for a very long time) with one or several pork meats including steamed pork slices, soon-dae (pig's intestine casing stuffed with various noodles and animal parts) and vegetables, some of which you can add yourself or which come included in the bowl. Most standard gukbap banchan are represented, including kimchi (김치), kkakdugi (깍두기), chives, raw onions, garlic, hot green peppers and several sauces to add spice and salt to your soup. Prices for individual meals range from 6,000-9,000 won. Larger family-style portions of soon-dae, bulgogi and other meats range from 10,000 to 30,000.
