(GEPIK) Gyeonggi Province Public School Positions!!!

(GEPIK) GYEONGGI PROVINCE PUBLIC SCHOOL POSITIONS!!!

 Atop Recruiting Company has just been selected as one of the major recruiters of Gyeonggi Provincial Office of Education last December 21, 2009. Their program is known as GEPIK (Gyeonggi English Program in South Korea). Gyeonggi Province is near Seoul. Some of the major cities of Gyeonggi Province are Suwon, Ilsan and Bundang.

Gyeonggi Province is offering lots of public school teaching positions for the months of February and March 2010. They would only accept applications until January 17, 2010.

 These are the details of the teaching position:

- Contract period: Late February, 2010 to Late February, 2011 & Late March, 2010 to Late March, 2011
- Working days: Monday - Friday
- Working hours: 9:00AM - 5:00PM
- Total hours: 22 classes per week

             = 45 mins/class for elementary and middle school

             = 50 mins/class for high school

- Student level: Elementary, 3rd grade student to Junior high school students

1. Working days :  Monday to Friday.

2. Working hours :  9:00 A.M to 5:00 P.M.

3. Teaching hours : 22 classes a week.

                          = each class consists of 40 or 45minutes.

                          = all the classes will be finished by 3:00 p.m.

4. Teaching type :  Elementary, 3rd grade student to Junior high school students.

5. Monthly pay :  2.0~2.6 million won

                         Tesol, Celta certificate will get more salary.

6. Vacations : 20 days (official)

                    (Summer - 10 days, winter - 10 days) 

7. Job openings : Late February, Late March, 2010 

9. Settlement money : 300,000 won a year.

10. National pension :  available

11. Tax free :  Certificate of residence required except Canadian and Irish.

12. Air plane ticket : The entrance flight will be reimbursed by the school within 30 days after the teacher starts working at the school.

                             The school will support the exit flight if the teacher completes the one year contract.

13. Local working allowance : 100,000 won a month.
