Christmas Trains at Millennium Seoul Hilton Hotel

Hooray! It’s 2016. How was your Christmas holiday, by the way? I hope it was festive and fabulous. Danny and I had a terrific time despite our simplified merry makings and Christmas eve dinner. We didn’t have the fabled white Christmas but, we experienced a Christmas-y spirit in a Korean way. I enjoyed the decors at Millennium Seoul Hilton Hotel (밀레니엄 서울힐튼호텔). Every Christmas season, they set up their gigantic and dazzling tree along with some miniature Christmas trains.

IVI: Giving Developing Countries a Shot at Saving Lives

Recently, there has been a number of startling cases highlighted in the international media concerning one of the biggest measles outbreaks in the US since the early 90s. We're seeing up close the effects of how a single child not being vaccinated can lead to hundreds being infected. The party's promoter contacted me with all the info, so I've just copied and pasted it below. Enjoy!

2013 Burns Night Charity Ball

Back in January, I had the distinct pleasure of once again shooting the Burns Night Charity Ball. If you are not familiar with Burns Night, they are usually nights put together to honour one of Scotland’s greatest poets, Robert Burns. Ulsan however, has turned it into one the best charity fundraisers in the area.

The first Ballin’ in Busan charity basketball tournament took...

The first Ballin’ in Busan charity basketball tournament took place on Saturday June 25, 2011 in Dadaepo middle school in Busan, South Korea. It was raining heavily, but it didn’t stop me or the 13 teams that competed. Originally, the tournament was supposed to be held at Pusan National University, but because of the rain we had no choice but to play indoors. The teams were mostly comprised of Busanites, but there were a couple that were from Incheon, Andong and Ulsan, respectively. Together we were able to raise W220,000 for BAPS (Busan Abandoned Pets Sanctuary Fundraiser).
