Simplest Vegan ‘Ice-Cream’ Ever
All you will need is:
Two large ripe banana’s, peeled and chopped then frozen overnight.
1/2 cup – 3/4 frozen raspberries or blueberries.
Toss them into a strong blender while still frozen and pulse a few times. Pause to scrap down the side and mix up the frozen and blended fruit. You will need a strong arm and patience to get the perfect thick ice-creamy texture.
I like mine in a tall glass with blueberries (for breakfast) or with a slice of vegan cake for desert.
